数据放在哪里
- 姓名、头像、健康记录、语音日记文件与人脸特征只保存在设备本地，不上传。
- 语音转写使用 Apple 的 SFSpeechRecognizer。
- 仅在使用「餐食照片营养分析」时，照片才会发送到云端处理；完成后我们不保留照片。
- 不收集广告标识符，不出售数据，不用于跨应用追踪。
- 应用内有「删除全部数据」按钮，可立即、永久删除本机全部记录。

What it does
Meals & nutrition estimates
Photograph a meal to estimate calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat — a food record you can actually read.
Health records & reminders
Record meals, bowel habits, symptoms and medication, with reminders at the times you set.
Voice diary & family visits
Speak the day's notes and get a transcript; the macOS app can recognise visiting family members.
Where your data lives
- Names, avatars, health records, voice diary files and face embeddings stay on your device only.
- Transcription uses Apple's SFSpeechRecognizer.
- Only the meal-photo nutrition analysis sends a photo off-device; we do not retain it afterwards.
- No advertising identifiers, no data selling, no cross-app tracking.
- A delete all data control in the app erases every local record immediately and permanently.
