应用内提供「删除全部数据」按钮，点击后会立即、永久删除本机的全部记录、已登记人脸、语音日记与设置。你也可以直接从设备上卸载应用，同样会删除全部数据。如需我们协助，请发邮件至上方地址。

相机用于拍摄餐食照片（营养估算）；麦克风与语音识别用于录制语音日记并转写成文字。这些权限均由系统弹窗请求，可随时在「设置 → 爱陪伴 AMI」中关闭。不授权时，其他功能仍可正常使用。

仅在使用「餐食照片营养分析」时，照片才会发送到我们的代理服务器（腾讯云函数，广州），再转发至 Kimi 视觉模型（月之暗面，北京）进行识别。分析请求完成后我们不保留照片。详见隐私政策。

位于中国大陆地区（设备地区设置为 CN）的用户，AI 餐食照片分析功能会被停用；语音日记、用药提醒、健康记录与 macOS 家人识别等功能不受影响。

人脸识别目前仅在 macOS 端提供。人脸特征向量与已登记的家人称呼仅保存在设备本地，绝不上传。首次登记前会请求你的明确同意，并可随时删除。

请检查：系统「设置 → 通知 → 爱陪伴 AMI」是否允许通知；是否开启了专注模式/勿扰模式；以及应用是否被系统在后台限制。若仍无效，请邮件告知设备型号与系统版本。

The app has a “delete all data” control that immediately and permanently erases all local records, registered faces, voice diaries and settings. Deleting the app from your device removes everything as well. For any help, email the address above.

The camera is used to photograph meals for nutrition estimates; the microphone and speech recognition are used for the voice diary and its transcript. Each is requested by a system prompt and can be revoked any time in Settings → AMI. Without them, the other features still work.

Only when you run the meal-photo nutrition analysis: the photo goes to our proxy (Tencent Cloud Functions, Guangzhou) and on to the Kimi vision model (Moonshot AI, Beijing). We do not retain the photo after the request completes. See the privacy policy.

For users in mainland China (device region = CN), the AI meal-photo analysis is disabled. The voice diary, medication reminders, health records and macOS family recognition are unaffected.

Face recognition is available on macOS only. Face embeddings and the names you register stay on your device and are never uploaded. Explicit consent is requested before the first registration, and you can delete them at any time.

Check that notifications are allowed in Settings → Notifications → AMI, that Focus / Do Not Disturb is off, and that the app isn't restricted in the background. If it still fails, email us your device model and OS version.
